Dr. Richard Muckerman is a highly regarded expert in general obstetrics, with a particular focus on high-risk pregnancies. With nearly 8,000 deliveries to his name, he is dedicated to making each birth a special and personalized experience. In addition to his extensive obstetric practice, Dr. Muckerman oversees a comprehensive gynecologic practice, specializing in perimenopause and menopause. His menopause care includes advanced bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Each gynecologic patient receives a thorough hereditary cancer risk assessment and a customized cancer prevention program, reflecting Dr. Muckerman’s commitment to proactive and personalized health care.

Dr. Muckerman attended undergraduate and medical school at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. He completed his internship and residency at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.
